  One of the first impressions was the child-height fish aquarium in the lobby. Wonderful distraction as we checked into the hotel. We stayed in a 2 Queen Suite - the room surpassed our expectations. Very clean and spacious. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was very friendly - we didn't take advantage of the indoor heated pool, but the manager told my son that we could borrow "swim noodles" from the front desk. Although this hotel was right next to the airport, we didn't hear any airplanes at all during our stay. Very good location (easily accessible to downtown). We plan to stay here again during our next trip to San Antonio.

  I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Breakfast was ample and tasted good. I think the pool is saltwater, but I mentioned it to the staff and she said it wasn't. It was very salty for a chlorine indoor pool. Breakfast was chaotic with lots of people and unruly children. Go early or late to eat.

  In town for 5 days and was very impressed. The room was awesome. Nicely decorated. Roomy. Bed and linens wonderful, slept great. The bathroom very clean and housekeeping did a great job everyday. The front desk staff are great! The pool and hot tub were clean. Shuttle service was great! I would expect this type of service in a 4 star hotel and the price was perfect. Breakfast each morning was free and offered different selections each morning. The staff was incredible, friendly & happy! I left so impressed! For the price you can't get a better deal or a nicer place to stay!
